We have trained all of our staff and volunteers

All adults involved with Hitchin Junior Choi Kwang Do have been supplied with a child-safe guide for organisers.  This clearly details important areas, such as how to create a child safe environment, how to recognise problems, acceptable and unacceptable conduct from volunteers etc.

These guides have been supplied to us by Hertfordshire Police and give us clear guidelines.

All staff and volunteers are supplied with a volunteer support sheet and have signed a Staff and Volunteers declaration to confirm acceptance of responsibilities.
